What Most Southern California Realtors Will Never Tell You

Updated: Jun 3

I am going to be straight with you because that is the only way I know how to operate.

Most agents are not bad people. But most agents are also not telling you everything you need to know. They are telling you what keeps the transaction moving. What gets them to the closing table. What protects their commission.

Here is what I tell every person I work with.

Your home is probably your largest asset. The decision you make about it will affect your financial life for years. You do not need an agent who is in a hurry. You need one who understands the market deeply, who knows how to read the other side, who can hold the line when things get uncomfortable, and who genuinely cares what you walk away with.

I spent years in lending before I focused on real estate. I know what predatory looks like. I know what a bad deal smells like before it becomes one. I know how to protect sellers from leaving money on the table and how to protect buyers from overpaying for something that is not worth it.

Southern California is not a simple market. Fullerton is different from Torrance. Torrance is different from Huntington Beach. Huntington Beach is different from Los Feliz. Each one requires a different approach, a different read, a different strategy.

I know these markets. I live in this world. And I am not going anywhere.

If you want someone who will tell you the truth, fight for your outcome, and outwork every other agent in the room, you know where to find me.
